1. Definitions

In these Terms:

"We", "Us", "Our", "Jadore" means Emilly Hadrill Hair Pty Ltd (ABN 85 168 434 857), trading as Jadore Hair Supplies.

"You", "Your", "Customer" means the individual purchasing products for personal use from Our retail website at jadorehairsupplies.com.au.

"Products" means all goods sold by Us to retail customers, including but not limited to hair extensions, hair care products, accessories and application tools.

"Order" means any purchase placed by You for Products through Our Website.

"ACL" means the Australian Consumer Law, being Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

2. Application of these Terms

2.1. These Terms apply to all Orders placed by retail customers via Our Website and to the use of Our Website.

2.2. By accessing Our Website, placing an Order or creating an account, You agree to be bound by these Terms, Our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced on the Website.

2.3. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on Our Website at the time You place an Order will apply to that Order.

3. Website use

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to place an Order.

3.2. You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or related systems.

3.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Website at any time where We reasonably suspect misuse, fraud or breach of these Terms.

4. Retail Orders and Availability

4.1. All Orders are offers to purchase Products in accordance with these Terms and are subject to acceptance by Us.

4.2. An Order is deemed accepted when We send an Order confirmation email and/or when the Products are dispatched, whichever occurs first.

4.3. Product images and descriptions on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and batch variations.

4.4. We may cancel an Order (in whole or part) where Products are unavailable, where there has been a pricing or listing error, or where We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity. In these cases, We will refund any amounts paid for the cancelled portion.

5. Pricing, Payment and Taxes

5.1. All prices on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

5.2. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price displayed at checkout at the time of Your Order will apply to that Order.

5.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an Order using one of the payment methods offered at checkout (such as credit/debit card, PayPal or buy-now-pay-later services).

5.4. Your Order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

5.5. You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees or charges applied by Your payment provider.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1. Shipping options, delivery estimates and charges are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on Your location and the Products ordered.

6.2. Dispatch times are usually within 1–3 business days; however during major sales and promotions Orders may take longer to process.

6.3. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. Factors outside Our control (such as carrier delays, public holidays or adverse weather) may affect delivery.

6.4. Risk in the Products passes to You when the Products are delivered to the address specified in Your Order or when collected according to the carrier’s tracking records.

6.5. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is complete and correct. We are not liable for loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by You.

7. Change of mind returns

7.1. We offer a 35-day return/exchange policy from the date You receive Your order for change of mind, provided the eligibility requirements below are met.

7.2. To be eligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange:

• (a) Hair extension Products must be in their original ties and packaging, with all security seals, ties and tags intact and unopened;
• (b) Products must not have been removed from their cardboard backing or tampered with in any way;
• (c) Products must not have been washed, coloured, cut, applied, brushed, styled with heat, or otherwise altered;
• (d) You must contact Our customer service team within 35 days of the date the Products were delivered, using the details in section 15; and
• (e) You must return the Products using a tracked shipping method; You are responsible for return shipping costs and the Products remain at Your risk until received by Us.

7.3. We do not accept change-of-mind returns after 35 days from the date You receive Your purchase.

7.4. For hygiene reasons, We cannot refund or exchange any item that has been removed from its ties, opened, applied, or tampered with in any way.

8. Products not eligible for return

8.1. The following Products cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by the ACL:

• (a) Hair extensions or products that have been opened, had ties or security seals removed, or have been applied to the wearer;
• (b) Custom or special-order Products;
• (c) Hairbrushes, combs, hair clips and similar accessories where packaging has been opened; and
• (d) Products that have been washed, coloured or otherwise treated.

8.2. No returns will be accepted if the hair has been treated or maintained with products other than the Jadore Hair Supplies Hair Care range, as this may void the product warranty.

9. Returns process and refunds

9.1. To request a return or exchange, please contact Our customer service team on 1300 308 078 or info@jadorehairsupplies.com.au with Your Order number and details of the item You wish to return.

9.2. Once Your return is approved, We will provide instructions on where to send the Products. Returned Products must be securely packaged and include Your name, contact details and Order number.

9.3. After We receive and inspect the returned Products and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria, We will issue a refund to Your original payment method or process an exchange, as agreed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

9.4. If returned Products do not meet the eligibility requirements, they may be returned to You at Your cost and no refund or exchange will be provided.

10. Product Warranty and Australian Consumer Law

10.1. Our hair extension Products are backed by a 3-month product warranty from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

10.2. To maintain warranty coverage, You must:

• (a) Use only the Jadore Hair Supplies Hair Care range on the extensions;
• (b) Ensure the extensions are applied using Jadore-approved application methods and materials (for example, Jadore micro beads or replacement tape);
• (c) Follow Our Maintenance & Care Guide; and
• (d) Avoid shampoos and conditioners containing protein, sulphate, keratin or high alcohol content.

10.3. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper application, removal or treatment, colour changes due to external factors (such as swimming, heat styling or colouring), or Products that were not inspected prior to application.

10.4. To make a warranty claim, please contact Us with a detailed description of the issue, photographs and proof of purchase. We may request that the Product be returned for assessment before a remedy is offered.

10.5. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies You may have under the ACL or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

10.6. Where the ACL applies, and there is a major failure with a Product, You are entitled to a replacement or refund and may also be entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is not major, You are entitled to have the Product repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.

11. Limitation of liability

11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our liability to You in connection with any Product purchased from the Website is limited to the price paid by You for that Product.

11.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or damage to reputation arising from Your use of the Products or the Website.

12. Intellectual property

12.1. All content on the Website, including images, logos, trademarks, product descriptions, text, graphics and layout, is owned or licensed by Us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

12.2. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any Website content for commercial purposes without Our prior written consent.

13. Promotions, discount codes and gift cards

13.1. From time to time We may offer promotions, discount codes or gift cards. Specific terms may apply and will be stated at the time of the promotion.

13.2. Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

13.3. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.

14. Privacy

14.1. We collect, use and disclose personal information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy, which is available at jadorehairsupplies.com.au/pages/privacy-policy.

14.2. By using the Website or placing an Order, You consent to the handling of Your personal information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law

16.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and courts of appeal from them.
